Promo Code & Coupon Policy
Everything you need to know about redeeming coupons, minimum order values, offer validity, and discount refund calculations.
1. General Terms of Coupon Usage
- One Coupon Per Order: Only one promo code or coupon code can be applied per checkout order. Promotional codes cannot be combined or stacked with other coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
- Minimum Order Value (MOV): Promo codes may require a minimum cart value (calculated on product subtotal, excluding delivery fees and taxes) to become eligible.
- Non-Transferable & Cashless: Coupons possess no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
- Expiry Dates: Each coupon is valid for a designated duration. Expired promo codes will not be extended or reissued.
2. How Discounts Apply During Cancellation & Returns
If an order placed using a promo code is cancelled or returned in part:
Full Order Cancellation
If the entire order is cancelled before dispatch, the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full. Single-use welcome coupons will be reinstated to your account upon request.
Partial Returns & MOV Breach
If returning an item reduces the retained order value below the required Minimum Order Value (MOV) for the applied coupon, the discount is prorated or revoked from the refund amount.
3. Coupon Abuse & Misuse Protection
To guarantee fairness to all beauty enthusiasts:
- Creating multiple dummy accounts or disposable email addresses to repeatedly exploit first-order or introductory coupons is strictly prohibited.
- Our anti-fraud system actively audits account credentials, delivery addresses, and phone numbers. Orders identified as abusive will be cancelled, and linked accounts may be blacklisted.
- Just For Beauty reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any coupon promotion at any time without prior notice.
